After action report.Lewis had an easy race, just out in-front all the time racing by himself.
There were several hard wheel to wheel bumps at the start of the race, but as is testament to the strength and reliability of the F1 chassis, no serious accidents happened.
There were exemplary drives from Hamilton and Rosberg, with Hamilton really excelling with his fuel saving strategy. Instead of breaking from full throttle at 100 meters, he was lifting-off the accelerator at 150 meters and then breaking later at 50 meters. Then getting on the gas ASAP. .
Hamilton was not losing any time per lap on this strategy. The main benefit is that you could possibly carry less fuel from the start and this then gives you a faster car all round, because it is lighter.
It was not clear if Hamilton had actually taken less fuel, I think he had the same a Rosberg. But he certainly finished with more fuel than Rosberg. This says more for his car control and race skills, assuming both drivers had exactly the same fuel at the start, Hamilton's car would have been even heavier than Rosberg at the end!
